A game would not be complete without a weapon. Weapons come in all forms, sizes, strength, grandeur, and power. Moreover, weapons are made with different purposes; some are brutal, while others are just plain cute. Hundreds of games have been published already and many of us have enjoyed the different game plays that they offer. These games all bring in their different set of weapons that make the game all the more enjoyable and challenging (in some cases). Here, we shall compile 3 of the best weapons in games that has ever been made. The games we have perused to come up with the list include all computer games from Super Mario Brothers to Halo and the Half Life series. So, we shall start.
1. 4X1 Line (Tetris)
This might sound absurd to you but do not judge us immediately here. We said that we will rank the best game weapons of all time from all the games ever created. Now, you might think that a piece of 4 square blocks put together to form a straight line is not a weapon, think again. Tetris is one of the most popular games ever. From the pre-PC Tetris versions to the online Tetris Battle in Facebook to the games published for DS, Tetris is one hot chick. Now if you are in such a high level wherein blocks are pouring down from above, having a single file for a straight line vacant in your blocks will most likely save you a lot. If you can maneuver correctly and execute properly and if you can wait for this particular block, the result will be amazing and will make you win a competition (think Tetris Battle).
2. Crowbar (Half-Life Series)
The crowbar. For the many players of the Half-Life series, the crowbar is nothing but a very basic melee weapon that was not worthy enough (according to the game developers) to even put effort in adding special animation effects to it. However, the Crowbar is included in this list because it is the perfect symbol for Half-Life. In fact, Valve Corporation knew this as their teaser for Half-Life 2 only shows a crowbar standing on a part of a screen with an overcast shadow. The crowbar is the best symbol of the game more than any other weapons that it has. The crowbar is THE GAME and players knew just basing on the image that it is another Half-Life game.
3. RCP90 (GoldenEye)
First-Person Shooter Video Game players always like to just shoot away without worrying about losing ammo. This is what exactly the RCP90 gives to its players. Though this weapon does not have all those ridiculous attachments, does not have thermal imaging, magic fire, and even explosive shots; the RCP90 still manages to awe many players. It can contain 80 rounds in one magazine so players can just fire away at their will. This makes the game more fun. You can slice through your enemies like a knife slicing butter. For this reason, the RCP90 is included in this list.
